FEATURES

PURE COPPER CONSTRUCTION – Built from genuine copper, this disconnect switch is engineered for strength, high current capacity, and long-term reliability. Copper ensures low resistance, steady conductivity, and durability under demanding automotive conditions.

FLEXIBLE MOUNTING OPTIONS – Designed with both grooved battery terminals and flat post terminals, this switch offers versatile installation to match a wide range of car batteries. The dual mounting design means you don’t have to compromise compatibility.

SMART POWER CUTOFF – The device automatically disconnects the main battery when drain or leakage is detected, locking 60% of power to prevent complete discharge. This feature helps protect both the battery and electrical system, reducing maintenance costs and unexpected breakdowns.

LOW VOLTAGE PROTECTION – To safeguard your vehicle, the switch is equipped with an automatic cutoff when voltage drops below 11.9V. This prevents excessive battery drain, helps preserve battery health, and ensures reliable starts, even after periods of non-use.

REMOTE CONTROL PAIRING – Featuring a dual magnetic pairing method, the included remote enables secure, responsive control from a distance. With one click, users can activate or disconnect power without opening the hood, adding convenience and safety.

Note Explanation:

1.The remote control can be properly paired with the device within the working voltage range.

2. Within the working voltage range, the manual button for ON/OFF can turn the equipment on and off.

3. If the power supply voltage is lower than 6V or higher than 30V, the device will automatically shut down and disconnect.

4. If the power supply voltage drops below the protection threshold voltage (11.8V/23.2V) for 60 seconds, an alarm will be triggered. If the duration exceeds 120 seconds, the equipment will automatically shut off to protect the battery.

5. If the voltage exceeds 13.3V (for 12V system) / 26.2V (for 24V system), the radio remote control will fail to function to prevent accidental pressing of the remote control buttons during driving, which could cause the vehicle to lose power.

6. When the voltage range is between 6 and 18V, it automatically identifies itself as a 12V vehicle system and operates in accordance with the 12V system threshold point.

7. When the voltage range is between 18 and 30V, it automatically identifies itself as a 24V vehicle system and operates in accordance with the 24V system threshold point.

8. When driving, the battery voltage is relatively high, and the system enters the protection state due to false triggering during driving.

9. When starting the engine, the battery voltage is relatively low, and the system enters the ignition mis-trigger protection state.

Remote Control Matching Instructions

1.Interlock mode (applicable to vehicle system control) - Press the manual button ON continuously for 3 seconds. The code indicator light will flash 3 times, indicating that the learning mode has been entered. Press the button on the remote control. After successful code matching, the code indicator light will flash 3 times. Then press another button on the remote control again, and the code matching will be successful, after which the indicator light will flash 3 times.

2. Once in the learning mode, if the learning code indicator light does not receive any signal from the remote control within 30 seconds, the learning mode will automatically exit.

3. Clear Code - Press the manual button ON for a long time. The code clearing process is complete when the code indicator light flashes 8 times (the indicator light flashes 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, and 8 times in sequence when the manual button ON is pressed; among them, flashing 3 times indicates the interlock mode learning state, flashing 4 times indicates the self-lock mode learning state, flashing 5 times indicates the point operation mode learning state, and flashing 8 times indicates the clear code state).
